1. Definitions

SIRS website: means the SIRS website at https://www.sirs.co.uk.
2. General
2.1. All orders for products on the SIRS website accepted by SIRS are subject to these terms and conditions . No other terms will apply to the supply of products by SIRS unless agreed in writing by an authorised signatory of SIRS or expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions.
All descriptions of the products contained on the SIRS website or otherwise communicated to any purchaser of such products (the “Customer”) are approximate only and shall not form any part of the contract between SIRS and the Customer. SIRS shall not be liable to the Customer for any errors or omissions on the SIRS website, the SIRS catalogue or other product advertisement. The advertising of products on the SIRS website is not an offer capable of acceptance; it merely constitutes an invitation by SIRS for the Customer to make an offer to purchase products. SIRS’ acceptance of the Customer’s order will take place when SIRS confirms pricing and delivery dates to the Customer in writing, at which point a contract will come into existence between SIRS and the Customer.
3. Prices
3.1. The prices of the products are as set out on the SIRS website. SIRS reserves the right to change prices without prior notice at any time. Customer is informed that prices and products in the printed hard copy catalogue are subject to change. Up-to-date information can be found on the SIRS website. In the event of any conflict between prices for any products listed on the SIRS website and prices listed in the physical catalogue, prices listed on the SIRS website shall prevail.
3.2. All prices exclude VAT and other applicable local sales taxes, which SIRS will add at the rate applicable at the date of order acceptance.
The prices of Extended Range products are as set out on the SIRS website, unless agreed in writing with an authorised representative of SIRS. Discounts given by SIRS in relation to SIRS’ standard stocked products or any other SIRS offer will not apply to Extended Range products. Extended Range products will be invoiced separately from standard stocked products.
